I purchased this item second hand and have no reason to believe that it had been opened before I purchased it, but i can 110% guarantee that it has not been opened since it has been in my possession. It is complete and comes with all the accessories and the Build A Figure part necessary to complete your Sauron figure. Note that there is a slight tear on the packaging above his head, which is shown in the pictures.
