Scabbard is not included. There were several manufacturers that made machetes during WWII. They were primarily used as survival weapons to clear jungles and brush. Overall, this machete knife is in Good - Very Good condition, considering its history. The three (3x) rivets securely fasten the grip panels to the tang. They have a light layer of oxidation. The composite grips have light scrapes and draglines. The black finish still remains. The spine and sides have scattered scrapes and oxidation. The blade edge has no nicks or dings and appears to have its original factory edge. The tip is intact and comes to a sharp straight point. Some of the original finish remains. The left side of the blade is marked "MADE IN SHEFFIELD / ENGLAND". This machete knife will be a great addition to your WWII collection, or a machete knife collection in general.
