Item is in a beautiful dark wood frame. There are 2 levels of matting that protect the foil from touching the glass. Matting is a green tone that matches the foil art work nicely. While walking and looking at the piece, it seems to come to life, creating an illusion that the art work is moving. Very detailed, intricate art work.
