Description: This painted cast iron Mr. Flip from the Little Nemo character series bell ringing pull toy is in as is condition Manufactured by the Watrous Manufacturing Company in 1910, when the complete toy is pulled, the figure would swivels back and forth while the metal ringers attached to his feet hit bells. The figure measures 2 1/2" wide x 3 3/4" tall.
