This element far exceeds mic specs for optimum use with todays radio technology. I designed this application for a direct solder in replacement that brings Hi-Fi audio and new life to my old amplified D-104. I now have this available for the D-104 for the following stands: G, UG8, T-UG8, T-UG9, T-UP9. This is an electret mic replacement that is powered by your radio's mic connector (please see supported radio list below). The amp board and battery are not used in this kit. Upgrade your old classic and get good audio reports!!! It's a 15 minute job to replace and it works great!!
