Description: What memory is this brings back! This is a 1981 Ohio Art original Etch a Sketch made in Bryan, Ohio in the USA. You turn each dial to go either horizontally or vertically or you turn both at the same time and then you can make curved lines. I took a couple pictures of both so you can see that is working. To erase, you shake it and start all over to create another drawing. This also comes with the hard to find in their original pack 6 pack action pack, reusable, fun scenes that can be placed on top of the Etch a Sketch and then it gives you directions as to how to work through a maze, for example, using the dials to get to the other side of the screen. Very cool! The scenes are made of a hard plastic film and have some creases and marks on them. But when you put it on the screen it doesn't affect how you use them. Some marks on the edges Gap from storage and gently used for playing and on the dials but we haven't cleaned that and we leave that up to you. One price for everything. And a terrific edition for your collection or on nostalgic gift!
