Description: Vintage Winterling Marktleuthen Bavaria Cup & Saucer Blue, Gold, Flowers. Beautiful cup and saucer set, most likely from the 1940s/50s. Features gradient blue border on cup and saucer with gilt geometric pattern. Gilt trim on edges of cup and saucer, as well as on cup handle and base. Vibrant handpainted orange and magenta flowers with green leaves inside bottom of cup. There is a small dark spot on the base of the cup right under the handle. (Please see last photo.) No chips or cracks. Cup measures 2.5 inches high, 4.25 inches in diameter at top and 1.5 inches in diameter at base. Saucer measures 6 inches in diameter.
