Description: This sweet wig hat box is by wig design and production company Tovar-tresses. Made of sturdy black cardboard with an alligator embossed design, the hat box has a semi-circle shape and the “Tovar-tresses” name written in dark pink lettering in the center on one side along with their three city offices. Has an attached dark pink braided cord handle and a removable lid with the interior of the hat box solid tan. The dimensions of the hat box are 8 1/4” long through center, 4 1/2” high and 4 1/4” deep. The wig hat box is from the early 1960’s and it is in good vintage condition. There are light markings on the sides, slight wear around all edges of the hat box and the lid and there is slight uplifting on the bottom. The interior of the hat box has a few light stains, the interior lid center has a few pinhole size markings and there are light markings around the interior lid sides. There are no holes, cracks or rips and no damage to the lettering or to the braided cord handle. See all photo. A wonderful vintage wig hat box to display and use holding small treasures.
