Description: Rare TN Nomura pressed metal lithographed tin toy train locomotive and passenger car in original box. Set includes the Santa Fe Diesel Engine number 2356 and California Zephyr passenger car Silver Range series. The engine has a headlight and is battery operated, I could not get it to run but with some fiddling I got the head light to come on briefly using a D battery however selling it as is/non-working condition (battery not included). The set is in great condition with minimal wear from use. The original cable the train would run on is split and no longer a continuous loop. Battery compartment is clean with one small area of rust on the bottom part of battery holder bracket. Box is nice with some edge/corner wear, small lid tear in front and right side both pictured.
