Vintage ? Signed Liz Palacios Blue Crystal ? Rhinestone Dangle Flower Necklace

Description: Please Read Entire Description This signed Liz Palacios SF necklace is in very good condition.There are some minor scratches on the stones which I'm not sure if they are crystal or Rhinestone. I'm also not sure if it is vintage or not The chain is very dark and I noticed it's a bit darker towards the back of the necklace. I'm assuming this is from it being worn but it's really not that noticeable. The larger center dangle has an aurora borealis finish as you can see in the pictures. It is adjustable from 16" - 18" long. It will be carefully wrapped.and come in a plain white box. Pictures have been enlarged to show details and/or any flaws. Please enlarge and take a good look at all 23 pictures. Some pictures were taken with the flash on. They are a major part of the description. Also, please refer to them for measurements.
