The pen is new old stock in the Sheaffer holiday tin with artwork entitled Winter Evening from 1946 by John Newton Howitt. The tin has the print history on inside of the holiday tin lid and contains a Sheaffer note pad with a design on each page. The pen has a new black Monteverde Sheaffer style refill loaded and a spare new refill in the box. The tin comes in a clear plastic outer box with tag and warranty.
