Description: Vintage Royal Albert bone china Flower of the Month Series three piece set consisting of an open top sugar bowl, a creamer and an oval tray to hold the sugar bowl and creamer. Purchased new by the seller and never used, all three pieces are in excellent, like new, condition---there are no chips, cracks, crazing or any other form of damage on any piece. The underside of each piece shows the floral decor used on the set and has the words “Royal Albert”, “Bone China”, “England”, “Flower of the Month Series” and the copyright symbol followed by “Royal Albert Ltd 1984”. The floral decor for the sugar bowl and creamer is found on the sides of these pieces and on the inside of the pieces. The scripted words “Flowers of the Month” are on the inside of the sugar bowl and creamer just above the inside floral decor and these scripted words are also found on the oval tray. Each piece has decorative gold trim and scalloped edges. The sugar bowl has a top diameter of approximately 3 5/8”, a bottom diameter of approximately 2 1/8” and is approximately 2¼” high. The creamer is approximately 2¾” from pouring spout to its edge by the handle, has a base diameter of approximately 1 5/8” and is approximately 3 3/8” high at its highest point (excluding handle height). The oval tray is approximately 10” long, approximately 5¾”wide at its widest point and approximately ¾” high.
