Whitcomb, Chas A. Ross, W.D. Miller) - R.E. Richardson County surveyor - it has lot of differnt place on it - if it is origional i tis in good condition - on the edges it has fiber strings or threads - it fells like paper with a slick surface - it was rolled up in a tube - this is the map of the past - Phillips county was founded in 1915 - so the map was made two years after it was founded - add to your collection or a decor for the collector of phillips county. Actual weight 14.0 oz. This was a estate auction find. LOOK CLOSELY AT THE PICTURES FOR CONDITION AND ANY DEFECTS. Scuffs and scratches present. Please email with any questions prior to bidding.
