Description: Vintage Nippon Oval Porcelain Candy or Nut Bowl or Trinket Dish Hand Painted This vintage piece is in good condition with a few signs of wear and age. There is one small crack near at the rim and the paint has worn inside in the middle. There is some stray gold paint at the bottom which looks like a crack at a quick glance. These are clearly shown. This dish is hand painted and features pretty pink flowers, blue accents and gold trim. The Nippon mark is found on the bottom, along with the M inside wreath identifying the importer, Morimura Brothers. This mark began use in 1911.
