The only difference is the letters - they all have the same amount of letters but the menu items WILL VARY (same restaurant, so similar food items). Each sign has plenty of letters. I will include a sheet of extra letters too. For the age, they are very clean! Lights right up! It will have some yellowing given it's white plastic. It will need a better cleaning, I lightly dusted these. We find our items everywhere, so they'll be dusty many times. Sign is lightweight - it's an aluminum frame with plastic board sign.
