All bulbs tested and work great! Topper measures approx. 8" Across. *It is missing the fitter cone for the Christmas tree. Previous owner just used the attached twisty wire to attach it to the Christmas tree. Topper is in PRE-OWNED, WORKING condition. Has finish wear and some tinsel loss.
