Electrical items are considered working if the motor works, the switch turns on, it lights up, or warms up. I do not fully test these items. Since it is used, do not expect it to work as good as a new item. You get what is pictured, all items are sold "AS IS".· Items are covered for damage in Shipping. Proof of the damage will be required for all claims.· I ship to your registered eBay/PayPal address only, because I use them to produce the shipping label and calculate the shipping costs.
