Description: Vintage bottle stopper pourer measures 4½" long and the cork section measures 1 7/8" long. It has quite a bit of damage. It's covered in age crazing, has several flakes or chips in the paint and some soiling or staining. It also has some holes in the cork section. It looks like Sir Winston Churchill and the pouring tube coming out of is mouth is supposed to be his cigar.
