The set is an original from Mattel and made specifically for Barbie's boyfriend, Ken, and fits a 12-inch fashion doll. The elastic waist on the boxers is a bit stretched out, but otherwise, each piece is in excellent used condition, no significant signs of wear, no tears, holes or stains that I noticed.
