Description: This is an original dress from the Mattel Barbie #991 Registered Nurse 1961-64 ensemble. It’s a white cotton long sleeved tailored dress, with YKK-zippered back closure, and the brass-tone nursing pin button. No tag/label. Good vintage condition, pin is intact, dress is dingy and dusty from age and storage, with a 1/4” opening on arm seam and a cuff that both may need a stitch or two. The zipper has been repaired. Mild mustiness from age and storage. Doll not included.
