Description: Vintage 1960's Girard Perregaux Swiss Alarm watch - 17 Jewels w/ Box 35mm without crowns and 41mm lug to lug. Wears a bit larger due to the C shaped case. Sharp stainless steel case, looks to be unpolished, some scratches, and a tiny ding at the 36 minute marker as shown. Original untouched dial with beautiful vertical brushing that really pops in the light. Manual wind G-P signed movement is based on the A. Schild caliber 1475. Alarm function is accurate and loud. It is wound and set using the lower of the two crowns marked with an "A". Just regulated (7/26/2024) and keeping excellent time. Aftermarket mesh bracelet. Period correct box in very good condition.
