Description: For your consideration is a pre owned vintage mens stainless steel Tudor Submariner dive watch. Ref. 7928. Year. 1967. No box or papers. The dial is 100% original in black matte finish with round hour marker indexes that glow under UV lighting. Original steel Tudor Mercedes hands. The case is in stainless steel with clean acrylic crystal, original steel rotating “ghost” bezel, steel Rolex Submariner crown and screw down case back. The case is 40mm in diameter. The case appears to be unpolished. There is a monogram on the side of the crown side of the case. This can be removed with polishing but we have left this watch in its original condition from the owner. This watch was owned by a dedicated swimmer who swam nearly every day in his own pool. It took a lot of sun and exposure to chlorine water which explains the bleaching effect on the original insert and original lume and hands on the dial. The watch is powered by its original Tudor automatic movement and it’s telling good time when checked. No service history is known.
