The 911 Motorsports Tube Jig is the perfect tool for roll bar, roll cage, custom tube chassis, and tube bumper design. This kit gives you the ability to mock up tubes with complex joints for quick and easy fabrication. Set up the Tube Jig on the vehicle, adjust for perfect fit, lock it down, and take it to the bench to measure tube length, angle of bend, bend start point and even cope profile. Then bend the tube, cope it, and your final tube fits perfectly the first time; no more guess work, no more waste! The Jig starts with telescoping tubes, the large one matches your tube size and the small one is a 1/4" less so they fit together and slide. We pair this with adjustable hinges that have a short and long side; this allows you to not only setup any tube combination, but also have room for adjustment. The pivot point is the center of tube and bend center line. This makes it easy to transfer to tangent/start of bend using an angle finder and the radius die on your bender. Racer Kit - Includes a pair of medium & a pair of large hinges along with more extensions to set up full main roll-bar hoops. Also includes cope-ends and miters which makes basic tube joint setup much quicker and easier; plus a pair of Tube Masters for complex copes. Tube Master (Qty. 2) - A contour gauge for tubing and much more... We started with the basic Pipe Master concept and added a few features from other creators, then combined them with our own designs to create the most functional cope profile replication tool imaginable. The most important improvement is our split design using a hose clamp to hold your complex cope, so you can make the second half of your tube! The end cope reliefs let you easily locate rotation and length. We put the needles on a slight angle, so they match the O.D. of the tube when extended. Quick Clamps and Cross Nuts - This kit is easy to set for light and quick adjustments, then a slight turn holds firm, add a little more force to lock it down, then take it to the bench and replicate... On the hinges we have two opposing wing nuts with thin rubber washers, these provide great clamping force while reducing wear on the plastic hinge. For any telescoping tube we use a simple hose clamp with our "Cross Nut" that allows easy tool-less adjustment. Kits come in 1.25", 1.5", and 1.75" diameters and work with tubing one size up or down (within 0.25") of the jig size. For example, if you have a 1.75" diameter Tube Jig it can be used with 1.5" tube or 2" tube with minor adjustments to account for cope position.
