Description: This is a TiVo Roamio Series5 (Model TCD846500) HD 500GB DVR. It is fully operational, but does NOT come with any type of service. You'll need to subscribe to Tivo service in order for it to be used. It comes with the remote and a non-Tivo branded power cable. The power cable works, but does have some difficulties keeping connected if it gets jiggled around. This is generally not an issue since it gets placed at its location and barely gets moved, but wanted to make the potential buyer aware. The top of the box itself has a glossy finish and has quite a few scratches. I have reset to factory settings for testing purposes, but I suggest you do the same upon purchase to be able to set your service area, cable company...etc I'm not the original owner of this item, therefore describing it from what I have tested and observed.
