I actually only play mint used golf balls and my GHIN handicap low single digits so I can attest that this is a great way save money without sacrificing performance. I just decided to become a bulk buyer of used golf balls. I play with some and sell some. Titleist Pro V1s sell for ~$5 USD per ball brand new but I have found that it's not worth it. The golf balls that I buy/sell will perform like new. I haven't purchased brand new golf balls in over 2 years.
