Description: This is a custom 12" figure of fictional western TV character, Jim Hardie from the tv show "Tales of Wells Fargo". Dale Robertson played the role of Jim Hardie, special agent for Wells Fargo. The television series was based on real life Wells Fargo detective Fred J. Dodge. Tales of Wells Fargo ran from 1957 to 1962. The series was on for 1/2 hour until its final season when the show was on for one hour. Dale Robertson did a great job playing this character. Tales of Wells Fargo was one of the coolest shows on tv when it was on with a lot of great stories and adventures. Jim Hardie met a lot of interesting people on his assignments as well as running into some of the West most famous characters, Doc Holliday, Tom Horn, Jesse James, John Wesley Hardin, to name a few. You can sometimes find this series on channels that run old television shows or channels that run old westerns. While this figure does not look exactly like the character or the actor, there is a bit of a resemblance. the six gun rig is custom made with a metal six-gun from stevostoys.
