Supertech Lost Motion Assembly Kit replaces the factory piston-style LMA design with an improved design commonly found in the newer generation Honda engines. Supertech Lost Motion Assembly is designed to put pre-load on the center portion of the VTEC rocker when it is in the unlocked position (VTEC is disengaged). Once VTEC engages, the Lost Motion Assembly (LMA) will compress just like the valve springs. The factory OEM lost motion assembly over time loses their ability to function properly will need to be replaced. This LMA kit is recommended when installing performance camshafts or when upgrading to high lift camshafts. Supertech Lost Motion Assembly Spring Kit fits the Honda B16A, B17A, B18C1, B18C5 VTEC engines or B Series engines using the VTEC cylinder head.
