Description: Sunny Goliath Hybrid Tomato 1 lot contains 25 Tomato seeds. We have truck farmed for 30+ years and use these vegetable varieties our-self on our Southern Illinois farm, Sunny Goliath Hybrid Tomatoes will be available at our farm stand this season as quickly as they ripen in the field. Our seeds are acquired fresh annually in bulk from Horticultural Products and Services of Wisconsin and broken down into smaller, manageable lots. Sunny Goliath Hybrid Tomato are an Indeterminate type tomato (they continue to grow and set blooms all season) producing 7-8 oz golden yellow fruit. Plants do best in full sun, tomatoes need 1-2" of water a week. We like to start our tomatoes in the greenhouse 6-8 weeks before setting them in the field. I find setting our tomatoes on 3 foot wide black synthetic mulch in very beneficial, in as much as it retains heat in the early spring, retains moisture when the weather gets dry, and retards weed growth all season.
