Description: Vintage Studio Art Pottery Modern style Ikebana Suiban vase with frog. Rounded triangular shape with pedestal base. Metal frog inside water vessel. Inwardly tapered lower portion. Incised sgraffito abstract line designs over top. Matte charcoal black glazed exterior and interior. Stoneware or porcelain ceramic body. Incised signature at underside. Three pads at underside. Uncertain of exact age, provenance, manufacturer - vintage Mid Century Modernist period, Yamasan, Toyo, Otagiri, OMC style and interest. In VG+ vintage condition with no chips or cracks, light signs of having been used. Measures approximately 7.50 inches in diameter at the rim exterior, 2 inches tall, and 4.50 inches in diameter at the footed base. Weighs approximately 1.50 lbs.
