Description: Studio art pottery serving platter or centerpiece made of glazed stoneware. 20” long x 11” wide. Weighs about 3-4 lbs. Colors of linen, seafoam green, brown, and pink. Seashells were impressed into the clay and other textures, like circular shapes, giving the overall impression of a flounder or some kind of flat fish. Pale gray-green, sheer white wash, pink drizzles, and some Raku glaze areas in brown. Felt non slip circles on the reverse. Signed. May read “Taylor." Origin unknown, acquired in South Florida. Very attractive, one of a kind piece of studio art pottery that could be a serving platter or centerpiece. No flaws.
