Description: A Stanley Bailey No 3 Smoothing plane with a 1 3/4" cutter. It's a type 11, made in the 1910s, as indicated by the 3 patent dates behind the frog, small depth wheel and low front knob. All parts are original to the plane. Handles have been rubbed down and lightly finished with wax. The cutter is original and although the stamp is worn, I am satisfied it's a "V" pattern logo from the same era as the plane. Japanning is worn in places and hasn't been touched up. I'm happy to combine postage costs where I can. Thank you for looking.
