This one has a much more desirable nylon sheath - a total upgrade from the kydex sheaths that used to scratch and mar these powder coated surfaces, I never understood why SOG did that. The box is in rough condition and has some torn flaps as you can see in the photos, I will ship the box flat and the knife very well wrapped and protected in a medium priority box.
