I Believe the artwork is of an older French poster and has BLACK CAT GRAPHICS, Says TOURNÉE DU CHAT NOIR RODOLPHE SALIS. . I would guess it’s a modern reproduction since chat noir was a nineteenth-century entertainment establishment, in the bohemian Montmartre district of Paris. It was opened on 18 November 1881 at 84 Boulevard de Rochechouart by the impresario Rodolphe Salis, and closed in 1897 not long after Salis' death.. the print is marked along bottom , very hard to make out due to location, think it says: DODO GRAPHICS INC. ****** Plattsburgh NY The Frame Measures about 11.625" x 9.75". Has glass. Viewable from front is 9.5” x 7.375” Condition: Very Good, THE ART LOOKS GREAT, BUT the frame has some minor damages and wear. The worst being the top left corner where it joins is chipped ( it’s on top, won’t be seen). Second worst is left side which has some wear and blemishes ( see photos, pretty minor, ) .
