This teapot is in the Conversation Style #1. It is marked USA on the bottom. It is pictured in Jim and Bev Mangus' "Shawnee Pottery: An Identification and Value Guide" 1996 edition on page 200 and given a suggested value of $50-55 in that year. It is a little fancier than some as it has 22k gold on the cover's knob. It has two little manufacturing paint smudges under the glaze on the cover (extremely minor), shelf ware and a teeny fleabite on the foot ring not visible when resting on a surface. Otherwise it is in excellent condition with nostains, cracks or crazing. The interior is just as clean and can be.
