Also all of our auctions are "Free Shipping" to our buyers, but I still have to buy postage and it is expensive! I cant give full refunds on items when I cant get refunds on my shipping cost. If they are lost in transit, we will be required to wait the specified time by the shipper to file the insurance claim- there is no other way to do this as that is their rules and we will have to wait their time limit
