The Picudo and Hojiblanco olive groves are resistant to pests, frost and drought, adapted to limy soil and grow on slopes with as much as a 70% gradient and an altitude of between 700 and 1000 metres above sea level. Its adaptation to its rustic setting and the wisdom accumulated over many years (the olive trees have existed for hundreds and, in some cases, thousands of years) have provided the ideal conditions to produce the finest olives possible.
