Controllers have been taken apart, cleaned inside and out, new flex circuits installed in each one, and defective parts replaced. The joysticks and all buttons/controls have been tested and are confirmed to be working.Each controller has a slightly different look. Some have darker fire buttons while some have sharper red fire buttons. Any cosmetic defects are shown in the pictures. You may choose the controller that you prefer! You will get the exact one that you select, so be sure you have the right one selected before adding to your cart. PACKAGING - We package all of our retro video games. parts and consoles carefully. These will be sent in a sturdy cardboard box with either foam, packing paper, tissue paper, or bubble wrap. We do waterproof packages. SHIPPING - We buy our postage through USPS Ground Advantage or Priority Mail, depending upon price. Our handling time is up to 7 business days. This means if you buy the item on a Thursday, we might not ship it until the next Wednesday. Please refer to your estimated delivery date on your eBay order information screen. Packages generally arrive in 2-5 business days once shipped. RETURNS - We allow returns for items that are found to not be working. If you're experiencing issues, we prefer that you message us or start a return through eBay before leaving negative feedback. Why? We aren't alerted when we receive feedback, so we won't know that you've had an issue with your controller! If you need to return your controller, we will take apart any controllers that are returned to ensure that the parts we put in our controllers have not been swapped out or removed.
