There is a small hard to see hairline crack on the back (see pictures). The crack does not show on the inside back (see pictures). It stands about 5.5 inches tall to the top of his hat (see pictures). It is stamped on the bottom with X-8370 (see pictures). There is some glare and reflection from my lights in the pictures (I am sorry for that). You get exactly what is pictured. Please look at the pictures for more details.
