Aprons are special in the French peasant trousseau, being used everyday, they are often mended, patched with a lot of care. With time, they turn into lovely timeworn textiles, with beautiful tones of fadded blue. The shape covers body and legs, some of the aprons were built like dresses, most of them have adjustable ties with one or two front pockets. Characterful textiles ideal to wear, look gorgeous over jeans.
