I have included a photo of the book next to a ruler so you can reference the size. 12'' X 12'' APPX.This is to be considered in acceptable condition with wear including scuffs, marks, nicks, folds, creases, writing, foxing, discoloring, tears, scribbling, stains, fading, etc. The folder that the calendar sheets comes in has separated.
