RARE---1930’S WESTCLOX CELESTIAL DESK CLOCK/ PAPERWEIGHT-EARTH, MOON & STARS

Description: This clock was producedfrom 1936 to 1938. It is a Westclox Paperweight wind-up clock in a space,Astrological-Zodiac-Planetary theme. The clock dial is a dark brilliant bluestar field with a star and a quarter Moon as the hands. Star is the minute handand the Moon is the hour hand. Earth is in the center. The dome is heavy glassand gives a 3D effect. The bezel is black Bakelite with white Roman numerals.The exterior surrounding metal top has roman numerals to note the time. Case isblack Bakelite with a red felt cushion base. Clock is 3" wide, signedWestclox on the back. *Clock Stem when pulledout still rotates left and right easily, moves stars and moon. * The top Piece ofBakelite where the roman numerals are has a scratch / very light crack through5 and 6 as well as 9, 10, 11 and 12 numerals. *Glass dome is clean andeasy to see and view the interior clock dark blue background including moonstars and earth. (Made in USA is still visible) *Bakelite sides and bottomare in very good shape *Bottom of Clockpaperweight is in very good shape as well as the red felt tabletop protector isalso in very good shape. *The bottom of the paperweightclock in the center of the felt ring, it is still in very good shape and isstill very easy to read the Company name, patent number as well as read theadjustment tabs.(slow & fast) *The only other issue isthe clock aspect does not work.
