This Pioneer is in FANTASTIC Cosmetic Condition that is clean from Top to Bottom. The silver front face & control knobs are in Extremely Nice condition.The black metal case is in Great condition. The original Box is in fair to Good Condition. This unit does Power up & it plays Nicely but it does have an issues. PLEASE READ BELOW Cassette will play & sounds fine. I only played a few different cassettes for a Short period of time. I have Not tried the Record Feature.All the controls look great & function seem to work. Fast Forward & Rewind Works. Tape counter works. Pause works. Stop works. UV meters light up and works when playing a cassette. I did a visual inspection" & it ""appears"" that all belts are present? & not broke & they do operate when the unit is playing.WHEN THE UNIT IS PLAYING SOMETIMES THE "LEFT" CHANNEL HAS SOME STATIC & THE METER WILL STOP WORKING & THIS IS AN INTERMITTENT ISSUE. I "THINK" MAYBE THIS COULD BE CAUSED BY A SOLDER JOINT ISSUE? BUT I AM NOT SURE OF THAT NOR AM I A "REPAIR MAN".now with all this being said about how nice looking & Impressive this PIONEER is & SEEMS to be in working Condition. this unit is a very nice sweet piece of electronics, but it is still a vintage piece of electronics & with all MY vintage electronics it is being SOLD in """"AS IS CONDITION""" with """NO WARRANTY"""I HAVE THIS UNIT DOUBLE BOXED TO FURTHER PROTECT THE ORIGINAL BOX & THE UNIT ITSELF. THE BOX SIZE ID 25" Long, 21" wide, 14" high & 36 pounds.
