Description: Pink Floyd's final album with Roger Waters. It is in excellent condition except for a tear on the inner sleeve. The Final Cut, Release Year: 1983 (The inner sleeve is torn along one edge) The records will be packed in cardboard mailers designed for LP records, along with a layer of bubble wrap. Disclaimer: I am selling off my personal collection of LPs. Many have not been played since the late 90s, most not since the late 80s. I have graded the records based on my interpretation of the Goldmine Grading Guide. That said, a professional may see things differently. Generally though I consider most of my collection to be in VG+ or VG condition with a few I would rate Excellent. Unless noted, the sleeves are in great shape, many with the original shrink wrap, and the records are clean with very little wear. Thank you for looking.
