Description: Passenger Car Interior KIT for Con-Cor 72ft Coach MISCELLANEOUS Railroad Company: 56Coach-ConSS This interior was designed to fit into the Con-Cor 72ft Coach Car The kit accommodates the window and door placement. The interior features seating for 56 passengers, 2 lavatories, and a ‘Mothers’ Lounge’ The walls are low enough so that lighting may be added. Our objective is to make your passenger cars look their BEST! There are holes in the floor to fit around the truck screws. The interior is designed to accommodate an LSW100 underneath for car weight. The passenger’s legs and feet may have to be trimmed. (Miniature passengers are NOT included with your purchase) This KIT consists of 2 pieces to be glued together to create the interior. The two parts fit together well, but you must glue them together. There may be some trimming, sanding or filing involved. “Super Glue” works well, but please see the warning below. Align the parts with a ruler to keep them straight while gluing. LSW100( available separately ) is recommended for car weight 7 1/4 inches of LSW100 yields a car weight of 6.1oz. with the unpopulated interior, and the original trucks. (NMRA RP20.1 lists a weight of 6.0oz.for a 10 inch car). Glue the LSW100 into the car chassis with automotive weather-stripping adhesive. The product is manufactured from tan aliphatic polyester resin and can be painted. Bond the interior to the previously installed LSW100 with automotive weather-stripping glue. Be sure to check car orientation before gluing the interior into the car; it fits backwards too!
