Description: For sale is a new open box Ortlieb bike pannier carrying system backpack adapter. I have not used this at all so I am selling it. I purchased it new from REI. It is the newer model. I did attach a pannier to test fit but that is it. It has not been used with any weight at all, just fit and photos. Great system to use panniers as a waterproof backpack or to make transporting panniers easier compared to the basic shoulder straps.
