Please see both photos, as they are an important part of my description. I am breaking up a great collection of seldom-seen U. of O. vintage decals...here's a truly classic and unique one for you! This exceptionally rare and unused water-slide decal (the only example I've ever come across!) measures approximately 4 1/2" x 3 1/2" and features a Black/African American Disney Duck mascot, sporting a letterman's sweater. Also present is the Walt Disney Productions (W.D.P.) copyright logo; the university had a long-standing contract with Disney to use Donald Duck as their mascot. This extremely colorful and graphic vintage sports decal was produced by the Potter Manufacturing Co., here in Eugene, Oregon; they made a variety of stickers, decals and pins for the university and other colleges as well. The University of Oregon was a member of the old PAC-8 Conference when the sticker was originally issued. <>Condition: this vintage decal is as close to MINT as you will find!!!
