Description: This is a vintage Royal China underglaze plate in a swags and scrolls green and white pattern. The plate measures 9 inches in diameter. It is in great condition, with no chips, cracks or repairs and the green color is vibrant. It does have a small black mark in the middle of the plate, see picture. Looks to be under the glaze.
