Nice and Rare Toni Merkens Style Steel Track Stem/Cinelli #14 Pista Bar Combo

Description: For sale is a nice and rare vintage Toni Merkens style sloping track stem mated to a Cinelli #14 Pista bars. 38cm bar width c-t-c. The stem brand is unknown. Only identifying marks are numbers 694 stamped on the bottom of the stem (see pics). It is very well constructed and solid. Bar clamp nut and bolt are not original. Stem bolt and wedge do look to be original. Road tested with zero issues. Marks here and there from its previous life. Oxidation spots, but chrome still shines very well. Cinelli bars are in decent shape, but does show its age. Crest logos are faded. No dents or dings. Other than that, this is a nice and rare bar/stem combo in survivor condition. If you're looking for one of these super unusual vintage track stems and don't mind that it's not as pretty as it used to be, but still in perfect working order, then look no further! Please note that some of these vintage parts are used. I carefully inspect each and every piece that I sell.
