Waist is 26 inches and does not stretch. Measure your waist before you buy. Shipping is too expensive for guesses. Dress from middle of front to bottom pearl hem measures about 60 inches long. Layers of tulle beneath white polyester and with white satin bodice with pearls and brilliants pattern on the bodice and randomly on the skirt. Please know your waist measurement. If you know your waist measurements and are an average size 4, you should not be needing to Return the dress for it is as shown and the measurements are as stated.
