Description: All seeds are fresh unless pictured in a packet. Fresh seeds have a risk of arriving in poor condition if the shipping takes a long time. Please understand this before buying if you know your country has slow or unreliable shipping (particularly Africa, South America, offshore or remote islands etc). Some countries require the importer to provide a license or certificate to import plant materials. Most buyers understandably do not have this. If you do not have it, I will still ship the item, and if your country checks and seizes the parcel, I will resend it again, once, free of charge. If it is seized the second time I will not reship or refund. It is very rare that 2 attempts fail, even for countries that ask for the certificate. Many countries are not strict about plants or seeds entering their borders, but it is ultimately the buyer's responsibility to check. If you continue to purchase this listing, you are agreeing to the above terms - if you are the type of buyer who thinks, "I will just dispute the transaction if it doesn't arrive" remember in the case of seeds customs typically remove the contents of the parcel and send you a letter in its place, so the tracking still shows delivered - you may lose the dispute. I am a fair person and I think the terms above are fair. If you don't, you need to purchase from within your own country, or get the requisite import documents. I don't want to waste time with disputes and bad feedback. In the case of seeds arriving in poor condition, I will ship again, once, for free. But please be realistic with your expectations in the first instance. Any fresh produce in transit for 1-2 weeks will on occasion show some surface mould or signs of deterioration - the seeds may still be viable - try to plant first before messaging me. It is tricky to get the right balance between sending too dry (likely dead) seeds, and too moist (likely to arrive mouldy) seeds. Have some empathy and we can usually work out a solution. Some buyers ask for seeds to be packed in moist soil, tissue paper or similar, so they can begin to spout whilst in transit - I will try my best to accommodate but please message before buying to check if it's possible.
